She found a home working as a critical care nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit where her passion for service, organization and critical thinking allowed her to thrive caring for others.. In January of 2023, Avery decided to branch out from nursing and apply those same passions in a much different environment – the business world. At Cherry Associates, Avery now serves the team by helping manage and organize the financial side of the office, participating in lease administration, as well as leading client retention efforts.
